WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Most orders are posted within 2 working days of receiving your cleared payment. Please allow 3-7 days after this to receive your order.

WHAT ARE THE BEADS MADE FROM?

The Pandora Style beads are made from base metals with either silver, rhodium or gold plating over the top. Please remember they cannot be worn in water, ie: in the shower or swimming.

HOW DO I SET UP A NEW ACCOUNT?

1/ Click on "Register". 2/ Fill out your details, name, address etc, & password (Be careful to remember what password you use). Then click on Continue at the bottom of the page. After that it should say that you will be receiving an email with your validation code. 3/ When you get the email, go down to the bottom of the email and click on the link where it says "Click here to Validate/Activate your account. You can just click on the link in blue. Then it should take you to the In Shop page and it will say at the top "your account is now active". 4/ You should now see in the right hand column "My Account Info". So you know you are logged in properly. After this you will be able to log in anytime you want by using your email address and password.

HOW CAN I PAY WHOLESALE PRICES?

When you purchase 10 or more of the one item you will be paying our low wholesale price. To see the wholesale, 10+ price, click on an item. You will see the regular price and the 10+ price.
